The Siempelkamp Prüf- und Gutachter- Gesellschaft has been working for many years as a recognized inspection body for the customers and has had an accredited testing laboratory for two decades.

Accredited inspection body for in-service inspections of power plant components according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012

In-service inspection of power plants and their components with the help of non-destructive test procedures (visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, penetrant testing)
Mechanical-technological and metallographic test procedures
Experimental static and dynamic strength analyses
Theoretical structure and fatigue analyses and determination of their conformity with one another – relating to service life – with certain normative requirements or general requirements based on professional judgement

Accredited testing laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018:

Manual non-destructive testing (visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, penetrant testing)
Mechanical-technological and metallographic testing
Strength and vibration testing of components
Vibration measurement (of non-rotating parts)
Strain measurements by means of strain gauges
Residual stress measurements of metallic materials and components in the metal-producing and metal-working industries, as well as in systems engineering, plant construction and aeronautical engineering

Decision rule for conformity statements: DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 obliges accredited testing laboratories to publish the decision rule in case of a conformity statement prior to testing.
