TURNAROUND ACCORDING TO PLAN

Turnarounds, revisions, plant shutdowns or shutdowns of a technical plant – there are many different terms for the execution of legally required or operator-initiated monitoring, testing, repairs or cleaning. One goal remains: A long-planned monitoring program has to be carried out professionally in a short time to ensure smooth plant operation until the next planned shutdown. Since every day counts during the shutdown, we support you in the preparation, execution and coordination of your inspection measures. As a qualified person according to BetrSichV, our inspection personnel regularly prepare test and inspection plans for plant shutdowns in refineries as well as chemical, petrochemical and energy plants. Together with the operator and the ZÜS, testing priorities are set, test sequences are defined and inspection documents are prepared. Recommendations for continued operation or future inspection work are part of our services.
